MONOGRAM is excited to be providing professional Interior Design services for the renovation of a destination Ski Lodge in Colorado.
The Lodge is a 9-story building with 212-unit condominiums, comprised of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The property refresh will feature a comprehensive re-design of the existing units, including custom FF&E, carpet, hardwood flooring replacement/refinishing, wall finishes, and decorative lighting. Also being given a new and inviting look are the bathrooms with illuminated mirrors and stone vanities.
MONOGRAM’s design will bring the warmth and comfort of Hygge principles into the residences. The design vocabulary will build on the forms of Mid-Century Modern design aesthetics to re-imagine the spaces where people come together with loved ones. The focus will be on functional yet comfortable furniture elements and details that add richness and texture to the spaces. Natural textures and warm tones are layered within the design elements to create a residential feeling to the spaces. Capitalizing on a location with mountain views in all directions the crafted design elements will elevate this property to be a leader in the community for design and service, providing for a continuing strong return for the owner’s investment.
