Salvo Marina is a high-end luxury apartment complex located on the Intercoastal side in the heart of the Outer Banks North Carolina. The project will deliver 24 luxurious units ranging from 450 sf to 1160 sf. The concept of the design was to break from the traditional mold of coastal living while still paying homage to the local vernacular. This is achieved through the tiered shed style roofs and modern style openings. To pay homage, the materials used and subtle details, such as shingle siding and trim boards, help keep the modern design grounded in the area’s roots.
