BBGM provided architectural design services for a 17-story, mid-rise residential building in Wilmington, Delaware. The structure consists of 150 luxury condominiums including 30 duplex units and a five-level above grade parking garage. Public areas will include a lobby, leasing offices, fitness center and lounge with bar, reception, boardroom, front desk, mail and catering kitchen and 6,000 SF retail space.
