BBGM is providing architectural as well as interior design services for this mixed-use development. The project will consist of an office, a five-star 180-key hotel, serviced apartments, conference facilities, a specialty restaurant and spa, and leisure components within four separate building structures. It is located on a wooded hillside in Tbilisi, Georgia and was created with the idea of an urban resort in mind.
