BBGM provided architectural design services for this 30 story, 375 unit luxury apartment building located in the Whiteflint area in Bethesda, MD. The form of the building reflects the history of Whiteflint, dynamic and able to adapt to the latest trends. BBGM conceived a dynamic and elegant glass jewel to be the signature building of the area, which also features a unique sky-terrace on the 23rd floor. The massing also allows greater sun exposure to a public plaza at the entrance of the building, and to recognize the metro location, which is the core of this massive urban redevelopment in Whiteflint.
