Located in Colorado, the destination Lodge is a 9-story building with 212-unit condominiums, comprised of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The property refresh will feature a comprehensive re-design of the existing units, including custom FF&E, carpet, hardwood flooring replacement/refinishing, wall finishes, and decorative lighting. Also being given a new and inviting look are the bathrooms with illuminated mirrors and stone vanities.
MONOGRAM’s design will bring the warmth and comfort of Hygge principles into the residences. The design vocabulary will build on the forms of Mid-Century Modern design aesthetics to re-imagine the spaces where people come together with loved ones. The focus will be on functional yet comfortable furniture elements and details that add richness and texture to the spaces. Natural textures and warm tones are layered within the design elements to create a residential feeling to the spaces.
