BBGM provided design services for this 167 room hotel, including traditional style guestrooms, as well as suites to accommodate extended stays and group gatherings. All public areas of the hotel are designed on the ground floor with prominent exposure to First Street, S.E. The emphasis is on creating an active, pedestrian-oriented street between the Ballpark, the Metro Station and the existing residential neighborhoods to the north.
