Ginguite Creek is a Mixed Use development located just north of Kitty Hawk and acts as the gate way to the Outer Banks North Carolina. The project takes flight with four buildings centered on a central plaza and fountain. The development will deliver 36 luxury units ranging from 950 sf to a spacious 2,240 sf as well as over 6,300 sf of retail and 15,600 sf of commercial office space. Ginguite Creek’s site design creates a waterfront community that will have the capability of live music, public events, and even tranquil shoreline walks and kayak excursions throughout the Intercoastal and its many waterways. The design of the buildings was to link the project into the Southern Shores Flat Top Cottages community with the use of the metal roof overhangs and exposed rafters. Keeping with local vernacular, lap siding and shingles are implemented at the cladding.
