BBGM provided master planning services for Dulles World Center. The project is envisioned as a large, 80-acre mixed-use community in close proximity to Dulles International Airport and a planned future metro station. Dulles World Center includes 3 million square feet of office use, 800,000 square feet of retail use, 750 hotel rooms (in three hotels from mid-scale to luxury), and 3,500 residential units. The project is designed as a LEED Community with extensive landscaped recreation area.
