BBGM was the Architect and Interior Designer for this architectural renovation of a landmarked, 50-year-old, 640-key resort hotel. The reconfigured lobby provides stunning ocean views and the newly designed restaurants, bars, and ballroom were relocated to accommodate the new guest arrival sequence. The project included extensive exterior and site renovations to the entry drive, swimming pool, and landscaping, incorporating historic remnants from the fort that originally existed on the site.
