BBGM designed new studios at the iconic Empire State Building now the New York offices of a large social media company. Qualifying for LEED Silver Certification, the offices’ open plan occupies the entire 25th floor, creating an engaging and collaborative space. A central core of interior offices and social spaces divides the office by discipline. All work spaces have abundant natural light and magnificent Manhattan views.
