MONOGRAM is excited to be providing professional Interior Design services for the renovation of a destination Ski Lodge in Colorado. The Lodge is a 9-story building with 212-unit condominiums, comprised of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.  The property refresh will feature a comprehensive re-design of the existing units, including custom FF&E, carpet, hardwood flooring replacement/refinishing, wall finishes, and decorative lighting.  Also being given a new and inviting look are the bathrooms with illuminated mirrors and stone vanities.
