As featured in Green Hotelier, Marriott and BBGM reached a major milestone for the renowned hotel brand.  BBGM delivered Marriott’s 100th LEED property, through successful design and LEED certification of the Residence Inn Arlington Ballston in Virginia. The hotel earned LEED Gold status, as set out by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
