The W Hotel in Washington, DC celebrates the success of its historic rooftop terrace, part of BBGM’s renovation of the property in 2009. Washington Business Journal highlights the roof terrace in an article depicting rooftops in DC.

The W’s BBGM-designed sleek space, which just celebrated its first birthday, has proved to be a big moneymaker for the new hotel. The roof is responsible for about 25 to 30 percent of W’s total food and beverage revenue.
