MONOGRAM Hospitality Interiors, a specialty studio within the BBGM family focused on design for the luxury hospitality and residential markets, is proud to share that the developer of the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, Five Star Development, has officially broken ground on the property. MONOGRAM is serving as Interior Designer for the project.
New renderings from MONOGRAM give viewers a sneak peek at the exquisite luxury planned for the community’s interiors, including both the resort areas and the residential villas and private club. With news of the groundbreaking, various press outlets around the valley have begun to pick up the story, going so far as to send out drones for aerial footage of the development site.
As covered by local CBS affiliate 3TV, Arizona’s Family and the Phoenix Business Journal, the project comprises a 200-key resort complex, including luxurious guest amenities, event spaces, and individual casitas, in addition to 81 Residential Villas and associated Private Club for residents.
The Phoenix Business provided comment from Herve Humler, Chairman Emeritus with Ritz-Carlton:
“This iconic property will enhance the glamour of Paradise Valley, in a way that blends the natural beauty and elegance of the area with the desires of today’s most affluent travelers,” said Herve Humler, Chairman Emeritus of the Ritz-Carlton.
The property will boast one of the longest pools in North America, coming in at nearly 400 feet in length. The project is currently estimated for delivery in fall 2019, completed with stunning views and lush courtyards. Stay tuned for additional project details as they are released.
