BBGM designed the new 154-room Cambria hotel located at 69 Q Street SW in downtown Washington, DC, in collaboration with Washington, D.C.-based developer Donohoe Development. The hotel resides within three miles of the U.S. Capitol, the National Mall, Smithsonian museums and other major attractions. The Cambria hotel includes a full-service restaurant & bar, scenic rooftop bar with expansive exterior terrace with views of the Capital Skyline, Nationals Park and Audi Field. It also features a fitness center and 2,500 square feet of multi-function meeting space. The welcoming lobby with an expansive LED wall creates a dynamic experience. The hotel is designed to LEED Silver and includes site rainwater management, electric car charging station, green roof and solar panel array. BBGM served as the Architect for the project.
