Designed and constructed in two phases, this new building features 485,000 SF of office space in Bethesda, MD. BBGM designed this eight-story project to harmonize with the buildings in a nearby corporate complex, most notably an IM Pei building. BBGM reinterpreted that project’s horizontal banding in a more contemporary style in the Opus Center and incorporated a glass curtain wall to face an expansive park-like campus area.
